On the last day of May 2026, Gloryren received a special payment from the International Talent Development Program of Zhongshan City People’s Hospital. It was truly a payment of extraordinary significance.
The year 2026 marks the 160th anniversary of the birth of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, the Founding Father of modern China. The Sun Yat-sen Foundation has partnered with Zhongshan City People’s Hospital to implement the Yat-sen Medical Talent Development Program. Under this initiative, the Foundation will donate a total of RMB 35 million over a ten-year period from 2026 to 2035, providing RMB 3.5 million annually to support the cultivation of medical leaders and outstanding specialists with an international perspective, cutting-edge expertise, and cross-cultural communication skills. For us, this is the most meaningful project we have undertaken in 2026.
For thousands of years, China remained a feudal society. Dr. Sun Yat-sen launched the Xinhai Revolution, which profoundly changed the course of Chinese history. In 1912, he established the first democratic republic in China. He also introduced the Three Principles of the People-- nationalism, democracy, and people’s welfare. His best-known sixteen-character revolutionary slogan reads: “Expel the Manchus, restore China, establish the Republic, and equalize land ownership.''
