9月6日，国际知名运动医学专家大师Grim教授抵达广州，正式开启为期一周的中国学术交流之行。Grim教授现任德国奥斯纳布吕克医院骨科与运动医学科主任医师，该科隶属于奥斯纳布吕克肌肉骨骼外科中心（OZMC），现任德语区国家运动骨科与创伤外科学会（GOTS）2026年度主席，并曾担任里约、东京及巴黎奥运会德国代表团高级骨科医师兼副首席医疗官，2028年洛杉矶奥运会将继续担任该职务。凭借长期深耕运动医学、肩肘膝关节外科及竞技体育医疗保障领域的临床实践，Grim教授积累了丰富的国际临床经验。抵达广州后，Grim教授率先到访仁医医学广州总部，深入了解公司发展历程及近年来公司与欧洲医院合作成果。交流过程中，Grim教授对仁医医学长期推动中德医学交流、持续搭建国际医学合作平台的发展理念表示认可，同时表示期待未来进一步深化双方合作，拓展运动医学领域的国际交流。9月7日至11日，Grim教授到访深圳市第二人民医院（深圳大学第一附属医院）运动医学科，开展为期5个工作日的学术交流。这也是Grim教授继2024年首次到访该科后，时隔两年再次开展交流。此次访问内容涵盖手术指导、大师公开课、疑难病例讨论及运动员运动保健指导等。该运动医学科经过近20年的发展，已形成较为完善的运动损伤诊疗体系，在韧带重建、肩袖修复、髋关节镜及软骨修复等方面积累了丰富经验。Grim教授长期开展肩、肘、膝关节开放手术及关节镜手术，尤其重视以患者功能恢复和患者报道临床结局评价治疗效果。此次交流中，双方主要围绕关节镜手术及运动损伤诊疗展开深入讨论；Grim教授也结合自身临床经验，就不同术式的适应证、技术选择及术后临床结局进行了分享。交流期间，深圳市第二人民医院副院长、运动医学科主任医师朱伟民与Grim教授进行会面交流，运动医学科团队也对Grim教授再次到访表示热烈欢迎。适逢教师节，科室代表向Grim教授送上鲜花，对其专程来华开展授课、手术指导及学术交流表示感谢。此次访问延续了双方自2024年以来的交流基础，进一步深化了双方在运动医学领域的学术交流与合作。为期5天的交流中，Grim教授与深圳市第二人民医院运动医学科围绕运动损伤诊疗、关节镜及开放手术、复杂肩关节疾病、软骨修复以及运动员健康管理等内容进行了多层次交流。通过手术观摩与指导、专题授课、病例讨论及青少年运动员问诊，双方在临床技术与诊疗理念层面实现了充分互动，也为进一步深化中德运动医学领域的学术合作与临床交流奠定了基础。
On September 6, internationally renowned sports medicine expert Privatdozent Dr. Casper Grim arrived in Guangzhou, officially commencing a week-long academic exchange visit to China. Dr. Grim currently serves as Chief Physician of the Department of Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine at Klinikum Osnabrueck, which is part of the Osnabrueck Centre for Musculoskeletal Surgery (OZMC). He is also President of the Gesellschaft fuer Orthopaedisch-Traumatologische Sportmedizin (GOTS) in 2026, and previously served as Lead Orthopaedic Physician and Deputy Chief Medical Officer of the German Olympic Team at the Rio, Tokyo, and Paris Olympic Games. He will continue to serve in this capacity at the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games. With many years of clinical experience in sports medicine, shoulder, elbow and knee surgery, and medical support for elite competitive sports, Dr. Grim has accumulated extensive international clinical experience. Upon his arrival in Guangzhou, Dr. Grim first visited Gloryren’s Guangzhou headquarters, where he gained an in-depth understanding of the company’s development history and its achievements in collaborating with European hospitals in recent years. During the visit, Dr. Grim expressed his recognition of Gloryren’s commitment to promoting long-term medical exchanges between China and Germany and continuously building an international platform for medical collaboration. He also expressed his hope to further deepen cooperation between the two sides and expand international academic exchange in the field of sports medicine. From September 7 to 11, Dr. Grim visited the Department of Sports Medicine at Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital (The First Affiliated Hospital of Shenzhen University) for five working days of academic exchange. This marked Dr. Grim’s second visit to the department, following his first visit in 2024, two years after the initial exchange. The visit included surgical guidance, master classes, complex case discussions, and sports health management guidance for athletes. With nearly 20 years of development, the department has established a comprehensive system for the diagnosis and treatment of sports injuries and accumulated extensive experience in ligament reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, hip arthroscopy, cartilage repair, and related areas. Dr. Grim has extensive experience in open and arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, elbow and knee, with particular emphasis on evaluating treatment effectiveness based on patients’ functional recovery and patient reported clinical outcomes. During this visit, the two sides engaged in in-depth discussions primarily focused on arthroscopic surgery and the diagnosis and treatment of sports injuries. Drawing on his own clinical experience, Dr. Grim also shared his insights into the indications, choice of surgical techniques, and postoperative clinical outcomes associated with different procedures. During the visit, Dr. Grim met with Prof. ZHU, Weimin, Deputy President of Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital and Chief Physician of the Department of Sports Medicine. The department’s team also extended a warm welcome to Dr. Grim on his return visit. Coinciding with Teachers’ Day, representatives of the department presented Dr. Grim with flowers in appreciation of his dedicated trip to China to deliver lectures, provide surgical guidance, and engage in academic exchange. Building on the foundation of their collaboration since 2024, this visit further strengthened academic exchange and cooperation between the two sides in the field of sports medicine. During the five-day exchange, Dr. Grim and the Department of Sports Medicine at Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital engaged in extensive discussions on the diagnosis and treatment of sports injuries, arthroscopic and open surgery, complex shoulder disorders, cartilage repair, and athlete health management. Through surgical observation and guidance, focused lectures, case discussions, and consultations with young athletes, the two sides engaged in substantive interaction on both clinical techniques and approaches to diagnosis and treatment, laying a solid foundation for further advancing academic collaboration and clinical exchange between China and Germany in the field of sports medicine.
