河南省洛阳正骨医院（河南省骨科医院）是一所集医疗、教学、科研、产业、文化于一体的公立三级甲等中医骨伤专科医院，距今已有230余年历史。新中国成立后，在党和国家领导人的关心与支持下，医院于1956年正式建院；1959年成立河南省洛阳正骨研究所（2006年更名为河南省正骨研究院）。国家中医药传承创新工程重点中医医院项目建设单位，国家骨科与运动康复临床医学研究中心河南分中心。2025年医院选派两位骨干医师赴德国进行为期三个月的访问学习，旨在进一步拓展国际视野，提升临床与科研能力，积极为科室搭建国际化发展平台。足踝外一科段卫峰主任于2025年12月12日加入2026德国创伤外科学会主席、亚琛工业大学附属医院骨科、创伤、重建外科主任Hildebrand教授团队系统学习足踝外科、创伤外科先进理念与技术。髋关节外二科刘立云主任于2025年12月12日加入由德国关节镜学会主席、慕尼黑骨外科医院（OCM）关节置换中心主任、髋膝关节外科专家  Hube 教授领导的团队，系统学习髋、膝关节及创伤外科领域的先进理念与技术。访学期间，刘主任在德国慕尼黑骨科医院顺利完成髋关节置换及髋关节镜系统化培训项目，在为期3个月的临床实践中累计参与246例微创髋关节置换及髋关节镜手术，系统积累了以患者为中心的微创髋关节外科诊疗与手术实践经验，并有幸在Hube 教授、Dienst 教授以及 Dr.Sostheim、Dr. Pfeufer等国际知名骨科专家的指导与支持下共同工作学习，获益良多。河南省洛阳正骨医院（河南省骨科医院）致力于探索国际交流合作新机制，积极与国际先进医疗发展平台深度合作，开展全方位、多领域合作。为了让更多患者享受到更优质、更精准、更人性化的医疗服务，医院通过持续“走出去”战略，不断吸收国际先进理念与技术，推动高水平医疗平台建设，提高医疗卫生服务能力与水平。

Luoyang Orthopedic-Traumatological Hospital of Henan Province (Henan Provincial Orthopedic Hospital) is a public Class III Grade A specialized orthopedic hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), integrating medical care, education, research, industry, and cultural heritage, with a history spanning more than 230 years. Following the founding of the People’s Republic of China, and with the support and care of the Party and state leaders, the hospital was officially established in 1956. In 1959, the Luoyang Orthopedic-Traumatological Research Institute of Henan Province was founded (renamed the Orthopedic-Traumatological Research Institute of Henan Province in 2006). The hospital is a designated institution under the National Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance and Innovation Project for Key TCM Hospitals, and also serves as a branch center of the National Clinical Research Center for Orthopedics and Sports Rehabilitation. In 2025, the hospital selected two key physicians to undertake a three-month fellowship in Germany, aiming to further broaden international perspectives, enhance clinical and scientific research capabilities, and actively promote the development of an international collaboration platform for their departments. On December 12, 2025, Dr. DUAN Weifeng, Director of the First Department of Foot and Ankle Surgery, joined the team of Prof. Hildebrand, President of the German Trauma Society (DGU) 2026 and Director of the Department of Orthopedic Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery at RWTH Aachen University Hospital, for systematic training in advanced concepts and techniques in foot and ankle surgery as well as trauma surgery. On December 12, 2025, Dr. LIU Liyun, Director of the Second Department of Hip Surgery, joined the team led by Prof. Hube, President of the German Society for Arthroscopy and Joint Surgery(AGA), Director of the Joint Replacement Center at Orthopädische Chirurgie München (OCM), and specialist in hip and knee surgery. During the fellowship, Dr. Liu systematically studied advanced concepts and techniques in hip and knee surgery as well as trauma surgery. He successfully completed a structured training program in hip arthroplasty and hip arthroscopy at OCM in Munich, Germamy. Over the course of three months of clinical practice, he participated in a total of 246 minimally invasive hip arthroplasty and hip arthroscopy procedures, gaining extensive experience in patient-centered minimally invasive hip surgery and perioperative management. Dr. Liu also had the honor of working and studying under the guidance and support of internationally renowned orthopedic experts, including Prof. Hube, Prof. Dienst, Dr. Sostheim, and Dr. Pfeufer, from whom he benefited greatly. Luoyang Orthopedic-Traumatological Hospital of Henan Province (Henan Provincial Orthopedic Hospital) is committed to exploring new mechanisms for international exchange and cooperation.
