2026 我们可以让中国三甲医院变得更好

3月27日下午3:00，我们仁医医疗广州办公室接待了两位来自中国三甲医院特别朋友。她们是来自国父孙中山先生的家乡中山市人民医院。她们是党委委员、党办主任桑宝珍女士和人事科戚荟女士。她们还亲自给我们带来了她们医院的各式各样的祛湿香囊和医院春天的特别冲剂，非常的特别。我们在会议室两个小时的闭门会议，大家相谈甚欢。我们面对面重点讨论了学科建设、人才培养两方面双方的想法。她们认为我们公司所有的微信公众号和视频号都运营得非常非常好。内容完全没有任何虚的东西，非常实在，信息量也很大。她们每次看到我们的文章和视频收获巨大。另外江门市中心医院也向她们极力推荐了我们仁医医疗。这也是桑主任觉得有必要亲自来到广州办公室跟我们见面的最主要的原因。目前中山市人民医院的心内科是国家重点专科。我们也介绍了仁医医疗目前与海德堡大学附属医院心内科主任Frey教授和哥廷根大学医疗中心心脑中心主任Bähr教授重点在紧密合作。连云港市第一人民医院刘琨医生今年5月也将去海德堡大学附属医院心内科学习3个月。2024年8月我们也送了一位心内科医生到哥廷根大学医疗中心攻读临床医学MD博士。并且我们还为周医生申请到了国家公派留学CSC奖学金。目前中山市人民医院呼吸科、骨科和麻醉重症也是未来医院要重点发展的科室。我们也希望该院重点关注眼科和皮肤科。我们现场为中山市人民医院做了2026年的人才培养计划。希望在今年10月可以为该院人才培养计划在德国大学附属医院各个科室正式落地。每年仁医医疗广州办公室都会接待来自全国各地近60家中国三甲医院的医生。

At 3:00 PM on March 27, we had the pleasure of welcoming two distinguished guests from a Grade III-A hospital in China. They are Ms. SANG Baozhen, a member of the Party Committee and Director of the Party Affairs Office, and Ms. QI Hui form the Human Resources Department, both from Zhongshan City People’s Hospital-- the hometown of Dr. Sun Yat-sen. They kindly brought us a selection of their hospital’s unique herbal sachets for dampness relief, as well as a special spring herbal granules, which were both thoughtful and distinctive gifts. We held a two-hour internal meeting in our conference room, during which we had an engaging and productive discussion. Our conversation focused primarily on perspectives regarding specialty construction and talent cultivation. They expressed high praise for Gloryren’s promotional articles and videos, noting that the content is highly practical, informative, and free of superficiality. They mentioned that they gain valuable insights each time they read our articles or watch our videos. In addition, Jiangmen Central Hospital strongly recommended Gloryren. This recommendation was a key reason why Ms. Sang felt it was necessary to visit our office in person. Currently, the Department of Cardiology at Zhongshan City People’s Hospital is recognized as a nationally important specialty. Furthermore, Dr. LIU Kun from The First People’s Hospital of Lianyungang will have a three-month fellowship in cardiology at Heidelberg University Hospital starting in May, 2026. In August 2024, we sent Doctor Zhou, a cardiologist to the University Medical Center Göttingen for his doctoral studies, and we successfully secured a CSC scholarship for him. At present, the departments of Respiratory Medicine, Orthopedics, and Anesthesiology & Critical Care at Zhongshan City People’s Hospital are key areas for future development. We also suggested that the hospital place additional focus on Ophthalmology and Dermatology. During the meeting, we presented a tailored talent development plan for 2026, with the aim of implementing it across various departments in German university hospitals starting from October this year. Each year, the our office in Guangzhou hosts doctors from nearly 60 Grade III Class A hospitals across China.
