After a great start in 2018 with the 1st Sino-Euro International Orthopedics Summit, it is a great honor and pleasure for me to invite and welcome you to attend the 2nd Sino-Euro International Orthopedics Summit(Live Surgery Broadcasts) on Sept. 20th, 2019, which will be held at eight hospitals in Shanghai and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, China at the same time. SEOS 2019 Sino-Euro Hospital Management Forum and 2019 SEOS opening ceremony welcoming dinner will be held in the hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou on Sept. 21st.
The 2nd Sino-Euro International Orthopedics Summit demonstrates SEOS is much more than a single event. 2019SEOS will be a fixed date in the calendar, so as the future SEOS meetings. SEOS 2019 and future SEOS conferences will enhance the alliance between Chinese and European orthopedic surgeons. The organizers, including ten III-A Grade hospitals in China and Gloryren Orthopedics Technology Co. It is a great honour for me to invite you to attend the 2nd Sino-Euro International Orthopedics Summit(Live Surgery Broadcasts) on Sept. 20th, 2019, which will be held at eight hospitals in Shanghai and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area , China at the same time. SEOS 2019 Sino-Euro Hospital Management Forum and 2019 SEOS opening ceremony welcoming dinner will be held in the hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou on Sept. 21st.
We will create exclusively excellent forums that are practical and hi-tech, giving consideration to home and abroad. We hope that we can establish a new and practical platform for all of you to learn and communicate. The topic of this summit will still focus on spine surgery, joint surgery, foot and ankle surgery, sports medicine, trauma, as well as bone tumor.
I am glad to see those high-level experts who are from Europe and all over China accept our invitation to share their experience with members and representatives from major European and American scientific societies such as EUROSPINE, the Spine Society of Europe, German Spine Society, German Society for Arthroscopy and Joint Surgery, German Society for Orthopedics and Trauma, European Sports Medicine Associates, German Society for Foot and Ankle Surgery and the North American Spine Society.
In particular, it is of great honor to invite Prof. Walther, who is the president of Schön Klinik München Harlaching, to serve as summit President of SEOS2019 with me. Prof. Walther is one of the most famous foot and ankle surgery masters in Germany.

Introduction :
He has been the Head of Spine Center Munich at Schön Klinik München Harlaching since 1998. The medical center which Prof. Mayer works at was announced as one of the only two FIFA Medical Centers of Excellence in the world in 2007.
He has edited or assisted in the editing of 9 books and he is also the vice editor of a world spine journal.. He has performed operations on many heads of states and kings, such as Gorbachev, Mubarak, Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz, etc.His clinical research focuses on minimally invasive surgery, spinal surgery on athletes, footballers’ lower back pain, cervical disc replacement, computer-assisted surgery, spinal arthroplasty, etc. He has invented the famous Mini-ALIF technique. Introduction:
Prof. Siebert is the President of Vitos Orthopädische Klinik Kassel, and Director of Adult Hip and Knee Reconstruction Department. Under the leadership of Prof. Siebert, Vitos Orthopädische Klinik Kassel has developed into one of the largest arthroplasty centers in Germany. As an international famous orthopedic expert, he also attended the education and training programme for young doctors of Philipps-Universität Marburg. Prof. Siebert has been awarded as German famous hip and knee doctor for eight consecutive years in Focus magazine.

Introduction:
In 1982, he graduated from Beijing Medical College (which is Peking University Health Science Center now). He is the present Director of Orthopedics Department of Peking University Third Hospital, professor, doctoral supervisor, director of Spine Surgery Institute and member of the academic committee of Peking University Health Science Center.
He has been engaged in the clinical and basic research of spine surgery for over 30 years, especially in the surgical treatment of severe spinal diseases and related innovative technologies. In recent years, he has made a breakthrough in surgical treatment of spinal tumors and application of 3D printing in orthopedics.

Prof. Dr. med. Markus Walther
Introduction:
Prof. Walther is the Director of Foot and Ankle Department of Schön Klinik München Harlaching, President of Schön Klinik München Harlaching and President of FIFA Medical Center Munich. He has published over 50 essays on sports medicine, foot and ankle surgery and hospital management and won dozens of scientific awards, such as Arthur-Vick-Award, DEGUM Award and Michael-Jäger-Award.
He has been a broad member of the Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Society for many years. He is an international researcher of AOFAS and an active member of German, European, American and international foot and ankle society. He is a member of GRECMIP and International Cartilage Repair Society. He is a board member of German Foot and Ankle Society and took the position of President from 2012 to 2016. Currently, his scientific work mainly focuses on biomechanics of the foot and ankle, traumatology, reconstruction of foot and ankle, and minimally invasive surgery. He is particularly concerned with sports injuries and cartilage repair.
Since 2015, Prof. Walther has been a member of the top-level league team FC Bayern Munich Medical Team and has offered consultation to a number of sports professionals. He is a orthopedics professor at the University of Würzburg, Germany, and was named one of Germany's leading experts of foot and ankle.

Introduction:
He is a professor, chief surgeon, PhD tutor, Deputy Director of Orthopedics Department, and Vice president of Fudan University, Huashan Hospital.
He graduated from Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University in 1992 and received a doctorate in surgery from Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University in 1997. He served as an Associate Professor of orthopedics in 1999, Chief Physician of orthopedics in 2007, Medical Director in 2009, Vice President in 2012. And he served as a doctoral tutor of Fudan University in 2011 and then served as a Professor of Fudan University in 2014.
He is currently serving as the Secretary-General of Subspecialty Group of Foot and Ankle Surgery, Society of Orthopedics Department, Chinese Medical Association, Vice Committee Director of the Foot and Ankle Surgery of Orthopedics Department of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Head of Foot and Ankle Surgery Group, Shanghai Orthopaedic Branch, Chinese Medical Association, the Director of the Foot and Ankle Surgeon Training Center of Chinese Medical Association Orthopaedic Society, member of the American Foot and Ankle Surgery Association (AOFAS), deputy committee director of Shanghai Trauma Society of the Chinese Medical Association, and committee member of Trauma Society of the Chinese Medical Association.
He has published more than 130 academic papers and clinical monographs in internal and international magazines, including more than 30 SCI papers. He hosted 3 projects of National Natural Science Foundation, 4 projects of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission scientific research, participated in 5 projects of National Natural Science Foundation, 3 results achieved, 2 provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards, 6 invention patents and won the second prize of Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Progress Award in 2014 by another result. In addition, he won a Star Award of 2001 Shanghai Youth Science and Technology, Visiting Physician Award of American Academy of Foot and Ankle Surgery (AOFAS Travelling Fellowship) in 2011, Excellent Party Member of Fudan University in 2011, the "Shanghai Jingan District Outstanding Talents" Award in 2015 and won the excellent academic leader award of Shanghai in 2017.

Introduction:
Director of Orthopedics Department of Xinqiao Hospital of Army Medical University, pioneer and leader of modern minimally invasive spine surgery of China.
Key Research Interests: Fundamental research and clinical treatment of spinal and spinal cord diseases and injuries, especially in minimally invasive spine surgery technique. He pioneered the surgical operation of cervical, thoracic and lumbar vertebrae under endoscope with very good clinical effect. Prof. Dr. med. Jean-Charles LE HUEC
Introduction:
Prof. LE HUEC is the Director of Spine Department and the Director of Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Bordeaux University Hospital. He is the Director of the Surgical Research Laboratory at the medical school of Bordeaux University Hospital. Prof. LE HUEC has numerous publications and is involved in numerous research projects on spinal diseases, biomaterials and computer-assisted surgery.
He received an initial degree in Biology Applied Statistics in 1985 and a second degree in Anatomy and Organology in 1986. Also completed in 1986 is a master's degree in human biology with a focus on dissection. In 1987, he was a researcher in Montreal (Canada) and participated in various research projects (spine and knee joints). In 1987 he received an additional degree in sports medicine biology. He completed microsurgery study in 1989 followed by general surgery study in 1990.
In 1987, JC LE HUEC became a physician, continued his studies in biomechanics and biomaterials, completed a preliminary study in 1990, and
received his Ph.D. in physics in 1997. In 1998, he became a professor of orthopedics and traumatology.

Introduction:
Prof. Rosenthal was born in Argentina and finished his medical education. After graduation, he continued his medical research at Goethe-Universität, Germany and attained his doctorate. From 1992 to 1996, he was Director and Vice President of Universitätsklinikum Frankfurt. He also holds positions in professional associations in several countries around the world, such as the former Chairman of the German Spine Society. He has made great achievements in thoracic spine surgery. He is currently the Director of the Spine Surgery Department at Hochtaunus-Kliniken.
