From September 13 to 18, 2026, the Gloryren’s team accompanied a delegation from Luoyang Orthopedic-Traumatological Hospital of Henan Province(Henan Provincial Orthopedic Hospital), widely regarded as one of the top orthopedic hospitals in China — on a five-day academic visit to three leading hospitals in Munich. During the week, they travelled more than 10,000 kilometers from China to Munich, visiting six leading German academic experts: Prof. Jürgen Gschwend, Member of the Supervisory Board of the TUM University Hospital rechts der Isar, Technical University of Munich, Prof. Peter Müller, Deputy Director of Department of Orthopedics at University Hospital of Munich, Prof. Florian Ringel, Director of the Department of Neurosurgery at University Hospital of Munich, Prof. Riccardo Giunta, Director of the Department of Hand Surgery, Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, University Hospital of Munich, Prof. Micro Herbort, specialist in Knee and Sports Medicine at OCM Clinic Munich, and Prof. Robert Hube, Director of the Joint Replacement Center at OCM Clinic Munich. They met with six distinguished German academic leaders and held six internal meetings, engaging in in-depth discussions on departmental management, discipline development, talent cultivation, and translational research. I’ve found the world’s best job which makes every day of ours worth expecting for. This is by no means a normal job. This job allows us to devote ourselves fully to doing meaningful work for Chinese healthcare. They rose early and worked late. They skipped meals and worked through the night. They walk in three-inch heels, wear beautiful makeup, speak fluent and professional English, and have meetings with renowned German experts in different conference rooms. And this grand story unfolded in Munich, one of the most beautiful cities in Germany. One of the greatest strengths of our colleagues is their extraordinary loyalty to the company. I truly believe this is something incredibly precious. In today’s world, being able to work alongside people who share the same vision and values is one of the greatest fortunes in life. To me, that is worth far more than making a fortune or working for the biggest company. This morning, with the sky just beginning to pale at dawn, they began their journey back to Guangzhou, China.
