From 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Beijing Time, November 22nd (Wednesday), Wuhan Orthopaedics Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine (The Affiliated Hospital of Wuhan Sports University), jointly with Prof. Michael Winking, Director of Spine Center Osnabrueck and President of Germany Spine Society (DWG) of 2016, will hold a global live surgery broadcast of Sino-German minimally invasive spine surgery.

From November 20th to 24th, Prof. Winking visits Wuhan Orthopaedics Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine (The Affiliated Hospital of Wuhan Sports University) as an international visiting professor, and carries out a series of academic exchange activities, including outpatient consultations, ward rounds, surgical guidance, internal lectures, discussions on department management and complex cases, and Public Lecture, etc.
On the morning of November 20th, the executives of Wuhan Orthopaedics Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine held a welcome ceremony for Prof. Winking. Both parties introduced their hospitals and departments, and held an inauguration for the Sino-German Communication Center for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery.
On the welcome ceremony, LI Xugui, Hospital President of Wuhan Orthopaedics Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine expressed a warm welcome to Prof. Winking, and issued him a letter-of-appointment of visiting professor.
In the afternoon, Prof. Winking had an internal meeting with the colleagues of the Department of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, got to know the department and visited the OR.
