第六届中欧医院管理学科建设人才培养全球论坛将于2026年11月14日至15日在中国无锡盛大开幕。本次大会特邀德国慕尼黑工业大学医学院副院长、慕尼黑工业大学附属右岸医院泌尿外科主任Gschwend教授担任大会欧洲区主席。慕尼黑工业大学是德国最具国际影响力的综合性大学之一，其附属右岸医院泌尿外科长期位居国际领先水平，并被2026年《美国新闻周刊》评选为全球百佳泌尿外科专科。作为德国泌尿外科学界的重要领军人物，Gschwend教授曾担任德国泌尿外科学会2023/2024年度主席，并在慕尼黑工业大学附属右岸医院泌尿外科担任主任近20年。在他的带领下，科室持续推动临床诊疗、科研创新和人才培养的发展，成为德国泌尿外科领域的重要中心之一。凭借长期积累的临床经验和管理经验，Gschwend教授将在本次论坛医院管理环节，与中国三甲医院院长、医院管理者及青年医学人才展开交流，分享德国大学医院的实践经验。近年来，Gschwend教授与中国医学界保持着密切交流，并积极支持中国青年医生赴德国开展临床学习。2026年6月，南方医科大学第三附属医院泌尿外科副主任医师杨诚医生飞赴慕尼黑工业大学附属右岸医院进行为期半年的访问学习。在此前交流过程中，杨医生表示，Gschwend教授团队不仅拥有严谨规范的临床体系，同时团队成员之间亲切友好、乐于帮助，为国际医生提供了良好的学习环境。此外，中山市人民医院泌尿外科李博士以及深圳市罗湖医院集团泌尿外科副主任医师姜刚刚医生也将于2026年9月赴Gschwend教授团队开展为期三个月的临床访学。从学科交流到青年医生培养，Gschwend教授与中国医学界的合作正在不断深入。11月无锡论坛期间，他将与来自中欧两国的医院管理者、学科带头人和青年医生共同交流，分享德国医学发展的经验与思考。
The 6th Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction & Talent Cultivation 2026 will be held in Wuxi, China, from November 14 to 15, 2026. Prof. Gschwend, Member of the Supervisory Board and Director of the Department of Urology at TUM Klinikum rechts der Isar, Technical University of Munich is invited to the forum as a member of the European Presidium. The Technical University of Munich is one of Germany’s most internationally renowned comprehensive universities. Its Department of Urology at the University Hospital rechts der Isar has consistently maintained a leading position worldwide and was ranked among the world’s top 100 urology specialties by Newsweek in 2026. As a leading expert in urology in Germany, Prof. Gschwend was President of the German Society of Urology (DGU) for the 2023/2024 term and has headed the Department of Urology at the University Hospital rechts der Isar, Technical University of Munich, for 20 years. Under his leadership, the department has continued to advance clinical care, research innovation, and talent cultivation, establishing itself as one of Germany’s leading centers for urology. With extensive experience in both clinical practice and hospital management, Prof. Gschwend will engage in discussions with presidents, administrators, and young doctors from Chinese Grade III Class A hospitals during the hospital management session of the forum, sharing practical insights from the German university hospital system. In recent years, Prof. Gschwend has maintained close ties with the Chinese medical community and has actively supported young Chinese doctors in pursuing clinical training in Germany. In June 2026, Dr. Yang Cheng, Associate Chief Physician in the Department of Urology at the Southern Medical University Third Hospital, started a six-month visiting fellowship at the University Hospital rechts der Isar, Technical University of Munich. Dr. Yang highlighted that Prof. Gschwend’s team not only has a rigorous, well-structured clinical system, but also a friendly, supportive, and collaborative atmosphere, creating an outstanding learning environment for international fellows. Furthermore, Dr. Li from the Department of Urology at Zhongshan City People’s Hospital and Dr. Jiang Ganggang, Associate Chief Physician in the Department of Urology at Shenzhen Luohu Hospital Group, will start three-month clinical visiting fellowships with Prof. Gschwend’s team in September 2026. From academic collaboration to the cultivation of young doctors, cooperation between Prof. Gschwend and the Chinese medical community continues to deepen. During the Sino-Euro Global Forum in Wuxi in November, he will engage with hospital administrators, academic leaders, and young doctors from China and Europe to exchange ideas and share Germany’s experience and insights on medical development.
