The global live-streaming of Second International Knee Day (IKD2) is coming!

The Second International Knee Day will have its grand opening on March 18th to March 19th, 2021 in Berlin, Germany.

 Global live-streaming of Chinese Session will start from 20:30-23:00 of March 18th to 13:30-23:00 of March 19th(UTC+8).

The Second International Knee Day will be streamed worldwide in eight hospitals from seven cities in China, and they are hospitals like:

Beijing Jishuitan Hospital

Henan No.3 Provincial People's Hospital

Henan Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital

Zhengzhou Orthpaedics Hospital

The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University

The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine

Chairmen of IKD2

The Chairmen of IKD2 includes Prof. Dr. med. Wolf Petersen, the President of German Knee Society, Director of Martin-Luther Hospital, Berlin and Head of its Orthopedics Department; Priv.-Doz. Dr. Thore Zantop, the Chief of Knee Center of DKG and Head of return-to-play center of Sportopaedicum and Priv.-Doz. Dr. med. Sven Scheffler, the committee member of ligament injury committee of DKG and specialist in orthopedics and trauma surgery of Klinik Sanssouci Potsdam.

List of speakers from China

The Second International Knee Day features 90 speakers from 24 countries around the world, including 24 doctors from 7 grade-three hospitals in China. Prof. Petersen, Chairman of the IKD2, also invited Prof. Wu Xinbao, Vice President of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital, to participate as the online Chairman in the Chinese sessions(Session 8).

This international online event is hosted by German Knee Society (DKG) and organized by Guangzhou Gloryren Medical Technology Co., Ltd.. From this moment in 2021, we will put all of our efforts to provide Chinese hospitals with better services and to become a good narrator of the stories of Chinese medical institutions. We will make every endeavor to advance the disciplinary construction, talents cultivation and hospital management of Chinese hospitals to a higher level.
